The neighbor explained, “His owner hit his head with a stick, then abandoned him at the side of the highway,” adding that the poor creature was in a coma when found.
Acting quickly, the rescue team transported the two-month-old puppy to a veterinary clinic for urgent care.

The veterinarians conducted tests to rule out contagious diseases like canine distemper and parvovirus, finding his nose dry but thankfully free of these conditions.
However, the blow to his head had put him in a coma. The medical team administered anti-inflammatory and analgesic medications to reduce pressure and assist with pain relief.

Two days of dedicated treatment brought remarkable progress. The pup regained consciousness and began to eat and drink robustly, akin to a little tiger regaining its strength.
Three months after his discharge from the hospital, the puppy has experienced a complete turnaround. Now residing happily at the rescue camp, he’s known for his playful antics with fellow furry friends and is a picture of health and vitality.

Fully recovered and full of energy, this little survivor’s story is a testament to compassion and the spirit of second chances.
