As visitors explore the vicinity of the Kataragama temple, many display acts of kindness and generosity by offering food to the elephants.
Cautionary voices can be heard advising a couple who disembarked to share bananas with an elephant.
This particular elephant is known for being aggressive, especially towards individuals outside their vehicles on the road.
